How the filters work in the Conversations section

β€’ Allows filtering by predefined ranges (yesterday, last week, last month, etc.) or by specific dates.

β€’ Default value: last 7 days.

Status

β€’ All

β€’ Open: 24-hour session open

β€’ Closed: 24-hour session closed

Type

β€’ Assistant: AI defined and configured for users who have it active (can function as an internal assistant).

β€’ Incoming: conversations initiated by the lead/client.

β€’ Outgoing: conversations initiated by the AI.

Channels

β€’ Shows the active channels (for example, Instagram and the different connected WhatsApp channels).

Pipeline

β€’ Lets you choose the pipeline or funnel to filter.

User

β€’ Filters by platform user(s); i.e., conversations assigned to a user.

Lead’s last reply

β€’ Has last reply, No last reply, Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, or Specific dates.

Attachments

β€’ Conversation has attachments, No attachments, Images, Videos, or Documents.

🧭 General filters (quick views)

ALL

β€’ Shows all conversations according to the date range and applied filters.

NO REPLY

β€’ The lead sent a message and the agent hasn’t replied yet.

UNATTENDED

β€’ The conversation was assigned to an agent and they haven’t sent any message yet.

ATTENDED

β€’ The agent has already sent at least one message to the lead/client.
