If you find a conversation where the AI didnβt respond properly and you think it can be improved, follow these steps to leave feedback on that response.

The feedback option is available for enabled Supervisor and Administrator roles.

π§ Step by step
1) Go to Menu > Conversations.
2) Select the relevant conversation.
3) On the specific message you want to comment on:
β’ For negative feedback, click π.
β’ For positive feedback, click π.
4) A pop-up will open to fill out:
β If you left negative feedback (π):
β’ Problem type: select an option
- Response content
- Response style
- AI hallucination
β’ Whatβs wrong?: describe in as much detail and context as possible so your Operations Executive can implement the fix.
β’ What would be the correct reply?: write the response the AI should have sent or a valid example.
β’ Priority: select Low / Medium / High / Urgent.
β’ Submit: click βSubmitβ.
β If you left positive feedback (π):
β’ What did you like?: describe what went well (content, style, tool usage, tone, etc.).
β’ Submit: click βSubmitβ.

Feedback is not implemented automatically. The Operations Executive in charge of your account will review the feedback and make the corresponding changes based on the information provided.
