Darwin AI now allows you to assign conversations manually or automatically to different sales reps—or to yourself.
From the Conversations section, you can choose between two views: All and Assigned to me.
In All, you’ll see all active conversations. From there, you can assign any conversation to a specific salesperson so they can continue the interaction started by the AI.
Additionally, the AI itself can automatically assign conversations based on pre-defined rules.
In Assigned to me, you’ll only see the conversations that have already been assigned to you.
You can also leave notes inside a conversation and mention any team member using @ to assign the conversation to them directly.
