The Human Intervention feature allows users to manually step into conversations handled by Darwin AI.

This can happen in both ongoing and qualified/escalated conversations.

🛑 Intervening in an ongoing conversation

1. Pause the AI

To take control of an active chat, pause the AI ⏸️. This enables the manual message input field ✍️.

2. Write the message
After pausing and refreshing the chat 🔄, you can type your message.
Human messages appear in green 🟩, AI messages in blue 🟦.
You'll also see who sent each message 👤.

3. Continue the conversation
The user can respond normally 💬, allowing a natural back-and-forth.

4. Resume the AI
When ready to let Darwin AI take over:

Click Resume AI ▶️

Choose if it should reply to pending messages 📩 or only new ones 🆕.

📋 Intervening in qualified conversations

You can also intervene in already qualified conversations ✅.
For example, if a lead was escalated, access it through Darwin, send a message 📲 and continue without another number or platform.

This centralizes AI and human communication 🛠️.

🛤️ Integration with Pipelines

If you use Pipelines, you can:

  • Access chats directly 📨

  • Pause the AI ⏸️

  • Intervene from there 💬

It simplifies centralized conversation management, either from the general list or team pipelines 👥.
