How to Use the Parse JSON Tool
Suppose you receive data about a modified deal in a custom CRM system via a webhook. You use an HTTP request to get the details of that deal, but the response is just plain text and is not broken down into parameters.
That's where the Parse JSON tool comes in! Simply add it to your integration by clicking the + button.
Enter the variable name and its path.
