Rather than measuring end-customer satisfaction, it tracks the work you and Darwin put into refining how your AI Worker responds, and the progress that comes from it. It’s available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and the version you see is matched to your workspace’s language.
What you’ll find
This dashboard gathers the feedback you’ve given on your AI Worker’s behavior alongside the metrics that show how that behavior is evolving. You can filter it by:
Date range — focus on a specific period.
Rating — view all feedback or filter to a particular rating you assigned.
Status — view all feedback or filter by where it stands (e.g. still open vs. already addressed).
Your selected tab and filters are remembered as you navigate, so you can move around the dashboard without losing your place. Depending on your access level, you may see the full Feedbacks dashboard or a metrics-only version focused on the summary numbers.
When to use it
Use Feedbacks to keep track of the feedback you’ve raised on your AI Worker, confirm that issues are being acted on, and watch your Worker’s behavior improve over time as you and Darwin refine it.
