OVERVIEW
Darwin's Reports section gives you a clear, visual picture of what's happening across your conversations, your team, and your messaging channels. Each report is a dashboard you open from the Reports menu in the left sidebar.
You can filter every dashboard by date range, and most also let you narrow down by channel and source, so you can zoom in on exactly the slice of activity you care about.
There are four reports:
• Pipelines — the big-picture view of all your conversations and how they move through your funnels.
• Team Performance — how your human team handles the conversations Darwin hands over to them.
• Channels — message volume and performance broken down by each channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, Calls, and more).
• Feedbacks — review the feedback you leave on your AI Worker’s behavior and track how it has improved over time with Darwin’s help.
Note: Which reports you see depends on your plan, your role's permissions, and the channels you have connected. If a report described here isn't in your menu, it may not be enabled for your workspace — reach out to your account contact if you'd like access.
TIPS FOR GETTING THE MOST OUT OF REPORTS
• Always check the date range first. Every dashboard is scoped to the period you select — make sure it's the one you mean before reading the numbers.
• Use filters to compare. Narrowing by channel or source lets you compare performance across segments rather than looking at one blended total.
• Watch the trend arrows. Several KPIs show how the current period compares to the previous one — that change is often more useful than the raw number.
• Read the reports together. Pipelines tells you WHAT is happening, Channels tells you WHERE, Team Performance tells you HOW WELL your team responds, and Feedbacks shows HOW YOUR AI WORKER’S BEHAVIOR IS IMPROVING over time.
