Keyword Triggers
Creates a direct reaction to specific terms submitted by the user. Initiates automated flows based on keywords such as "Price," "Support," or "Buy."
Publishing Rules
These are automated behaviors based on interactions with posts (comments or likes). Converts public engagement into private conversations (DMs).
Publishing rules require reviewing the User's Privacy Limitations.
Privacy Limitations
If the recipient's profile is private, they will not receive the Worker message. This is because users restrict their account.
Account Privacy Verification and Configuration
The settings shown below can be configured via mobile phone.
In Settings, search for Message Requests.
Under Who can send you contact requests, click Everyone.
In the search bar on the left, search for Messages and Story Replies.
Click Message Controls.
Under Who can send message requests, select Everyone.
Note: AI-generated automated messages depend on the 'Message Requests' permission being active on the recipient's profile to occur.
