Error registering your phone number after connecting to the WhatsApp channel

Errors may occur during the channel connection, preventing the line from registering and activating.

Below is an alternative way to register the line from Business Manager.

1. Click the red alert to view the error message.

Note: If it matches the message in the video, simply send the code. If not, follow the instructions below.

2. If the alert doesn't have a button to resend the code, you need to temporarily unlink the phone number from your WhatsApp account.

3. Access WhatsApp Manager and click the trash can icon to unlink the number.

4. Now, add the phone number again and register it.

5. Finally, return to your Darwin account and select the existing WhatsApp account in your Business Manager to complete the connection.
