How to set up the payment method for WhatsApp account

Select your specific account and click on Payment Settings.

In the Payment Settings tab, click "Edit" to update the “Business Information.”

The company name and address must be exactly as they appear in official business information, fill in all the information.

Now add the payment method with your currency location, select your credit card as a default payment method.

Once the payment method is confirmed, perform a test by sending an outbound message on Darwin platform to verify the connection is active.

Note: Refresh the page to ensure the payment method is standardized, and if you encounter a problem with your local currency, select US dollars.
