On your Facebook page, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
In the side menu, find the messaging section linked to Instagram.
Go to the "Instagram Conversation Routing" section (as seen in the video).
Make sure Darwin AI is selected as the app responsible for managing conversations.
After setting it up, return to your Instagram account and test it by sending a message to see if the AI responds.
Note: This also applies to cases where the AI doesn't respond to keywords.
