Solution to connect an Instagram channel with an expired token

To fix the expired token error on Instagram, follow these steps on your Facebook page:

  1. On your Facebook page, go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.

  2. In the side menu, find the messaging section linked to Instagram.
    ​

  3. Go to the "Instagram Conversation Routing" section (as seen in the video).
    ​

  4. Make sure Darwin AI is selected as the app responsible for managing conversations.
    ​

  5. After setting it up, send a message from another Instagram account to your business Instagram account to check if the AI ​​responds.

Note: This also applies to cases where the AI ​​doesn't respond to keywords.
