To make lead automation simpler than ever, we’ve launched a new Marketplace featuring pre-defined integrations. Now, connecting Darwin with the most popular CRMs and advertising platforms is faster and requires no manual setup from scratch.

What can you do with the Marketplace?

With these ready-to-use solutions, you can automatically report conversion events and sync data:

  • CRM Synchronization: Automatically create deals or update contacts in HubSpot, Pipedrive, and RD Station CRM as soon as Darwin identifies a qualified lead.

  • Ad Optimization: Send conversion events directly to Google Ads and Meta Conversion API to boost your campaign performance.

  • Data Management: Log every interaction or collected data point into Google Sheets rows in real time.

Main Interface Sections

Inside the Integrations module, you will find four key tabs to manage your workflows:

  1. Marketplace: The catalog of pre-configured templates and solutions ready to install.

  2. Automations: The canvas where you can view your active flows or build your own from scratch.

  3. Connections (Apps): Where you manage the accounts (HubSpot, Google, Meta, etc.) that you have already authorized.

  4. History: A detailed log to monitor and ensure every integration is executing correctly.

How to Set It Up (Step-by-Step)

  1. Access the Marketplace Log in to your Darwin account, go to the side menu, and click on Integrations. By default, you will land on the Marketplace tab with all available apps.

  2. Explore and Learn More Before installing, you can click "Read more" on any card (e.g., HubSpot or Google Sheets). A pop-up will appear detailing the included "Scenarios," such as "Create a Deal when a lead is Qualified."

  3. Install Scenarios Click the blue Install button. You will see a list of specific scenarios for that application. Select the one you need (e.g., Sync Stage Updates to Meta Ads) and press Install again.

  4. Authentication and Mapping Once installed, the system will take you to the Builder. Here you will need to:

    • Sign In: Connect your external app account (e.g., Facebook or Google).

    • Map Fields: Define which Darwin information (name, phone, tag) should go into each field of your external tool.

  5. Going Live Once the mapping is configured, make sure the toggle is set to "ON" (Green). From that moment on, data will start flowing automatically.

Recommendations

  • Explore Scenarios: Many integrations, such as the Meta Conversion API, allow you to not only send leads but also report when a user moves to a different stage in your pipeline.

  • Validation in the Builder: If you need to make a technical change, you can enter the Builder of an installed automation to add extra logic or custom filters.

  • Pause Before Editing: If you need to modify an integration that is already running, remember to set it to "Pause" first to avoid data flow errors.

⚠️ Important

Connection Status: If you change your CRM password or Google account credentials, the integration will stop working for security reasons. You must go to the Connections (or Apps) tab to re-authenticate the account and keep the service active.
