Follow these steps strictly to ensure your account meets Meta's security requirements and to avoid future blocks.
💼 Stage 1: Business Manager Creation
Log in with Personal Profile:
Log in to Facebook using your personal profile.
⚠️ Important: Ensure your profile represents a real person (it must have your real name, a clear profile picture, and basic activity). Fake or shared profiles (e.g., "Sales Admin") will be blocked if suspicious activity is detected.
Access the Platform:
Open your browser and go to: http://business.facebook.com/
Create the Account:
Click the "Create account" or "Create a business portfolio" button.
⚠️ If payment information is requested, enter it at this step. Carefully input available payment information and the correct time zone. If you are not asked for payment registration data, proceed to the next steps.
Data Entry: It is crucial to correctly complete your company data within the "Business Information" section.

✅ Stage 2: Business Verification (Security Center)
Once the Business Manager is created, proceed to legally verify the business.
Start Verification:
Click on "View details" next to the warning light indicating the BM is not verified.
Click the blue button "Start verification".
Provide Official Data:
Enter the following data (must match your legal documents exactly).
3. Connection Confirmation:
Choose a method to receive the verification code.
Enter the received code and click Done.
📁 Stage 3: Submitting Documentation (If Necessary)
If Meta cannot automatically verify your company, you will see options like: "My company is not listed" or "No match found." In this case, you must upload documents manually.
Rules for Documents:
They must not be expired.
They must have been issued by competent authorities.
The data on the document must match letter-for-letter with the data entered in Step 2.
Types of Accepted Documents:
Legal Business Name:
Official tax document issued by the government. Note: Documents filled out by the company itself are not accepted.
To Verify Address and Phone Number:
Company bank statement.
Utility bill (Electricity, Water, Internet).
⚠️ Attention: A utility bill is accepted only to prove the address and phone number. It cannot be used to verify the Legal Business Name. The document must be in the company's name, not the owner's name.

The verification button is unavailable, what should I do?
If the "Start Verification" button is greyed out or missing, follow this workaround.
1. Activation Workaround:
Go to developers.facebook.com.
Ensure you are logged in with the Facebook profile that is an Admin of the Business Manager (BM).
In the top right menu, click on "My Apps".
2. Start Creation:
Click on the green button that says "Create App".
3. Select the Use Case:
This is a non-functional application used solely to enable the BM verification button, so select the first option.
After selecting the first option, click the "Next" button to continue.

Now select the Business Manager that needs business verification.
In the requirements step, simply click the blue button to continue.
Verify that the information is correct and click the green button to continue.
Enter your personal profile password to complete the app creation.
5. Return to Verification:
Access the Security Center at the following link: https://business.facebook.com/settings/security
The blue button to start verification should now appear.
Click the dropdown menu regarding "Register my page as a news page" and select "The application requires access to permissions..."
Finish by clicking the blue "Continue" button and fill in your company details again.
In this stage, if other BMs are identified with the same information, submit the documents manually.
⚠️ Recommendation: Always submit documents in PDF format.
