Through the Albato integration, Darwin AI can connect with over 500 external applications (such as CRMs, spreadsheets, or marketing tools), allowing information to flow automatically and efficiently between your favorite platforms and your AI-driven conversations.
What can you do with Albato?
Lead Synchronization: Automatically send data collected by Darwin to your CRM or Google Sheets.
Real-time Notifications: Alert your team via Slack or Email whenever a key event occurs in a chat.
Process Automation: Create complex workflows triggered by specific customer intents detected by the AI.
Main Interface Sections
Once you enter the Albato module, you will find four key areas to manage your workflows:
Solutions: Pre-made templates and workflows approved by Albato, ready to be deployed.
Automations: The canvas where you can design your own custom automations from scratch.
Apps: A management area for the applications you have authenticated and authorized to use in your flows.
History: A detailed log of every execution (similar to "runs" in Zapier or "executions" in n8n) to monitor performance.
How to Set It Up
Note for Beta Users: Currently, to access the Albato interface within your account, you must manually enter the following URL: https://app.getdarwin.ai/ou/{YOUR_OU_ID}/albato
Access the Panel: Log in to your Darwin account and open the side menu (hamburger icon). Click on Integrationsand then select Solutions.
2. Create an Automation: * To use a template, browse the Solutions tab.
3. Configure Triggers and Actions: Define which event will start the flow (Trigger) and what should happen next (Action).
Pro Tip: Use the Plus (+) sign to add advanced logic, such as branching, text formatters, or custom code.
4. Testing: Before going live, use the blue "Test" button on the right to perform a manual run and ensure the data is being mapped correctly.
5. Going Live: Once verified, press "Start." From that moment on, the automation will be active for all new incoming chats.
✅ Recommendations for Success
Descriptive Naming: Avoid generic names like "Automation 1." Use clear names such as "Send Leads to HubSpot - Summer Campaign" to identify them quickly.
Advanced Logic (+): Don't hesitate to explore the (+) button. This is where you can find branching tools that allow your automation to take different paths based on customer responses.
⚠️ Important
Connection Status: If you change the password of a connected app (e.g., your Gmail or Salesforce account), the connection will break. You will need to re-authenticate the application in the Apps section to avoid service interruptions.
