Below is a detailed guide on how to configure, visualize, and monitor your automation processes using the Integrations interface.
1. Locating and Selecting Applications
The first step in centralizing your operations is identifying the tools you wish to connect.
Direct Search: In the main Integrations panel, use the search bar located at the top right (labeled "Enter app name") to quickly find the application you need.
Solutions Catalog: You can explore popular available options such as Hubspot, Google Sheets, or Pipedrive directly from the Marketplace. It is a pre made intefration
Navigation: Access the apps section via the grid icon in the left-hand sidebar to view all integration possibilities.
2. Configuration with Canvas Mode
For a superior user experience and clearer technical management, we recommend using the visual design view.
Activating Canvas: When entering the Automations (Automatizaciones) section, ensure you toggle the Canvas switch.
Process Visibility: This mode provides a comprehensive, diagrammed view of the entire integration flow, making it easy to identify every trigger and action within the process.
3. Implementation and Editing of Flows
Once your automation design is finalized, the system grants you full control over its execution status.
Starting the Process: To activate the automation, simply click the Start (Iniciar) button located in the upper right corner.
Applying Changes: It is important to note that to edit an integration that is already running, you must first pause the process. Once the necessary changes are made, click Start again to resume execution with the new updates.
4. Monitoring and Performance Analysis
The platform offers diagnostic tools to ensure your data flows without errors.
Execution History: In the History (Historial) tab, you can review the status of each transaction to verify if the automation functioned correctly or if it requires intervention.
Analytics Dashboard: The Analytics (Analítica) section features a transaction graph that allows you to visualize the performance of your automations over time, helping you make data-driven decisions.
