1. Access your Darwin account and add a new channel
Log in to your Darwin account and go to the side menu.
• Open the Channels section.
• Look for the Facebook Messenger option.
• Click on Add Channel to start the connection process.
2. Log in to your Facebook account
When you select the option to add a Facebook Messenger channel, the system will ask you to log in with your Facebook account.
This is required so Darwin can access the pages you manage and enable the connection.
3. Select the page you want to connect
Once you’re logged in, scroll down until you see the list of available pages.
• Select the page you want to connect to Darwin.
• Make sure you choose the correct page before continuing.
4. Save the configuration
After selecting the page, confirm your choice and click Save.
This will complete the setup and your new Facebook Messenger channel will be activated automatically.
5. Test the channel
To ensure everything is working properly, send a test message to the connected page.
Then, check the Conversations section in Darwin to confirm the message was received.
6. Done — your Facebook Messenger channel is active
From now on, you’ll be able to manage your Facebook Messenger messages directly from Darwin in an integrated and centralized way.
