In this article we explain, step by step, how to connect a new Facebook Messenger channel in Darwin so you can manage your conversations directly from the platform.
How to connect the channel
1. Click Add channel to the right of the Facebook Messenger option.
2. Upon selecting the option, the system will prompt you to log in with your Facebook profile.
3. After entering your credentials, proceed by clicking Continue with Facebook.
4. Select the Edit settings option and ensure the following options are selected:

Business Manager
5. Confirm your choice and click Save. This will complete the channel setup.
Test the channel
To ensure everything is working correctly, send a test message to the connected page.
Once done, check the Conversations section on the Darwin platform to confirm that the message was received.
