1. Go to Business Manager
• Access the business portfolio (Business Manager/portfolio) where the issue occurs.
• General access link (sign in and choose the business):
2. Open the help path from the menu
• Side menu: Help → Send feedback → Help service → Get help.
• This will take you to Business Support Home: https://www.facebook.com/business-support-home/
3. Go to Business Support Home and contact support
• At the bottom, click “Contact the support team” to open the form.
• Direct link to the contact page (Business Support Home):
4. Submit the ticket
• Describe the problem, attach evidence (screenshots/logs), and submit the ticket.
• Specify the affected asset.
• On the previous screen (Business Support Home) you can see the account summary, with active and resolved cases for follow-up.
Note: If the “Contact the support team” button doesn’t appear, verify that you’re in the correct Business and that your profile has sufficient permissions on the affected asset. Many support options are enabled based on eligibility and region.
