1) Access

• Go to Channels.

• On the desired line, click “Manage”.

Available tabs

1) Templates

• View all templates associated with the WhatsApp Business account.

• Create new templates and sync their status with Meta.

• Useful for reviewing approvals (“Approved”, “Pending”, “Rejected”) and keeping the catalog up to date. 📄🔄

2) WABA

• Check the phone-quality status of the account (number quality).

• Verify the allowed messaging limit for the line. 📈📞

• Helps anticipate restrictions and plan campaigns.

3) Profile

• Edit WhatsApp profile information: description, image, location, website, and more. 🖼️📍🌐

• Keeping it updated improves trust.

4) Events

• Review the channel’s event history: template status changes, account name updates, spam alerts, etc. 🧾⚠️

• Ideal for audits and troubleshooting.

5) Pipeline

• Choose the pipeline that will be used as the “initial” one when someone starts a conversation. 🔀

• Make sure to select the correct funnel to route conversations from the first message.
