To modify a Worker's settings, you first need to access it by following these steps:
Steps to access the Worker
Go to Workforce.
Select the Worker you want to edit.
Go to the Settings section.
Basic settings
In this section, you can change the following aspects of the AI Employee:
Image: Customise the Worker’s photo or icon.
Name: Edit the internal name of the AI Employee.
Note: this change only applies to how it is displayed in Workforce, not on WhatsApp.
Description: Update the descriptive text.
Voice: Choose the accent and gender of the voice, and adjust the playback speed.
Behaviour settings
Here you can set specific rules for how the text generated by the Worker will be displayed:
Use of opening punctuation (¡ ¿)
If the checkbox is enabled (true), the opening punctuation marks will be removed.
If the checkbox is disabled (false), they will be kept.
