The Pipeline Performance dashboard is a tool that allows you to analyze in detail the performance of each Pipeline within your organization.
With clear metrics, customizable filters, and interactive visualizations, you’ll gain a complete view to optimize your commercial processes.
Where to find it?
The dashboard is available in the Reports section. From there, you can access the Pipelines tab to see information about your Leads and conversions.
Main features
Intuitive filters
The dashboard uses the same filters as other reports on the platform, making navigation simple and familiar.Total Leads
Shows the total number of Leads that entered each Pipeline, always segmented by the corresponding organizational unit.Overall conversion rate
This indicator reflects what percentage of Leads reached the final stage of the Pipeline or required human intervention.
If Human Intervention stages exist, the conversion is calculated based on them.
If not, the last non-escalated stage of the Pipeline is used.
The abandonment rate is the complement of this calculation, showing the Leads that did not move forward to the final or intervention stage.
Percentages by stage
Each Stage shows what percentage of the total Leads it represents. This helps identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in your commercial process.Visualizations
Tables: show conversion and abandonment in detail.
Bar charts: provide a visual view of the Lead distribution in each Stage.
Follow-ups and recovered Leads: offer a comparative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial follow-up.
