This guide explains how to invite users to the platform, assign them a role, understand what permissions each role has, edit existing users, and delete them.

π§ Step-by-step to invite users
1) Go to the Settings menu.
2) Enter Users.
3) Click the Invite button.
4) Fill in the details:
a. Role: choose between Representative, Supervisor, or Administrator.
b. Phone number.
c. Email.
d. Name.
5) Send invitation. The user will receive an email to access the platform.

βοΈ How to edit an existing user
1) Go to Settings > Users.
2) Locate the user in the list.
3) In the Actions column, select Edit.
4) The user profile will open. You can modify:
β’ First name
β’ Last name
β’ Phone
β’ Role
β’ Teams (team assignments)
β’ Working hours β°
β’ Access to the internal assistant π€ (you can link an internal pipeline for exclusive use by platform users)
β’ Enabled β (enable/disable access without deleting the user)
5) Save changes.
Tips:
β’ Use βEnabledβ to temporarily suspend access.
β’ If you change the Role, confirm that the resulting permissions are appropriate for their tasks.

ποΈ How to delete a user
1) Go to Settings > Users.
2) Locate the user in the list.
3) In the Actions column, select Delete.
4) Confirm deletion.
β οΈ Warning:
β’ Deleting is permanent. If you only want to suspend access, disable βEnabledβ from Edit.
β’ Before deleting the user, you must unassign them from any teams they belong to.
