1) Go to Contacts

• In the left menu, go to Contacts.

2) 🔎 Open the filter panel

a) Click the funnel icon to open filters. There you’ll find all the columns of the contact table to filter based on what you need.
b) In the Search column bar, type the name of the field/column you want to filter or scroll through the list until you find it.

When you select the field (for example: Interest, Sentiment, Topic, etc.), a submenu will open with filtering options.

3)🧠 Smart fields

These are fields defined to extract information from the conversation (they can be any type). Available operators:

• ✅ Exists
• 🚫 Does not exist
• = Equals
• 🔍 Contains
• Starts with
• Ends with

4)✅ Apply the condition

• Select the operator and the value (for example: Interest = High). The list will update with contacts that meet the condition.

5)➕ Combine multiple filters (optional)

• Repeat the process to add more conditions. By default, filters are combined with AND (all conditions must be met) to create a more specific filter.

6)🗂️ Conversation statuses

• 🟢 Open: the session is active; the conversation is ongoing.
• 🟢✨ Open – Qualified: the session is active and the lead has been qualified.
• 🔴 Closed: the session has ended. If the contact writes again, a new session begins and the conversation reopens as Open.
• 🆘 Escalated: requires human intervention (e.g., negative lead sentiment or request to speak with a human).
• ⚠️ Failed: the initial message was not sent (e.g., non-existent number or other delivery error).
