✉️ Sending an Email from a Conversation
Initiating the Request: Tell Darwin:
"I want to send an email."
Providing Details: Darwin will ask for the recipient and the message content. You can reply with something like:
"Write to [email protected] to confirm their appointment on Thursday, June 19th at 10:30 at Viamonte 55."
What Darwin Does: * Automatically detects the recipient, subject line, and email body.
Sends the email using the connected Gmail account.
The message can then be reviewed in your Sent folder to confirm it was delivered.
📌 Note: The way Darwin drafts and words emails is completely customizable from the platform.
📆 Creating an Event in Google Calendar
Requesting the Event: Ask Darwin to create the event:
"Thank you, now create an event in my calendar at that time with that name, and also invite Rafael."
Clarifying Details (If Needed): If any information is missing, such as the duration, Darwin will ask. You can reply:
"The session lasts one hour."
What Darwin Does: * Creates the event with the correct title, time, and duration.
Invites the mentioned contact (in this case, Rafael).
Automatically synchronizes the event with Google Calendar.
Result: The event will appear in your calendar with the correct information, including the invitation sent to your contact.
📌 Also Configurable: You can adjust the event name, default duration, location, description, and other settings directly from the platform.
